Ms. Pickart began her career in the Real Estate industry as a Salesperson, assisting Buyers and Sellers in their purchase and sell decisions for 10 years. Expanding on her experience as a Salesperson, she made the transition to appraisal practice in 2004. She currently focuses on the appraisal of residential property located in the San Francisco Peninsula. Her educational experience includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from U.C. Santa Barbara. She has completed numerous courses in Real Estate and Appraisal theory and practice required to obtain and renew the State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license. Ms. Pickart currently appraises for lenders, attorneys, private parties, accountants and insurance companies. She has been qualified as an expert witness and given testimony in Santa Clara, San Mateo and Alameda County Superior Courts; the American Arbitration Association and San Francisco Federal Bankruptcy Court.
